Day 13 - Supplemental (a fat toe!)
Just to let you know i jammed my left big toe this weekend in karate. Thus in addition to our regular blog, we will be tracking the healing of my toe. It is swollen right now and is beginning to bruise. On a side note, you may notice how freakishly huge my big toe is. What you are witnessing is the next stage in human evolution.
